DOMINIC ORR

With over 25 years of experience running high technology companies, Mr. Orr, 52, leads Omano L.P., a Silicon Valley-based high technology investment company.

Mr. Orr most recently was the president of Content Networking Business Unit, Nortel Networks after being chairman and CEO of Alteon WebSystems where he led the company from inception through a highly successful initial public offering. Nortel Networks ultimately purchased Alteon in 2000 for $7.8 billion.

Mr. Orr is now an active member and participant in a number of companies. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Aruba Networks, an explosive mobile security company in Sunnyvale, California. Mr. Orr is also the Executive Chairman of Video 54, a Mountain View-based company leading the market for home networking infrastructure. He serves on the technical advisory board at Daimler Chrysler Inc. and on the Information and Technology advisory board at the California Institute of Technology. He is also an active member of the Philanthropic Workshop associated with the Hewlett Foundation.

His 20 years of experience in the network computing industry includes senior management positions at Bay Networks, Hewlett Packard and Hughes Aircraft.

Mr. Orr holds an Masters of Science and Ph.D. from the California Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of New York.

He lives and works in Saratoga, California and Tokyo, Japan.
